Provides logistics service and support to the garrison and tenant organizations located on Picatinny Arsenal in accordance with Installation Logistics Baseline Services (ILBLS) policy.
Summary
Logistics Readiness Centers (LRC) serve as Army Material Command’s (AMC) focal point for installation services at home station. The Army Sustainment Command (ASC), as AMC’s operational arm, has responsibility for management of the LRCs. LRC Picatinny is assigned under the 404th Army Field Support Brigade. The LRC is the Garrison S4. We provide direct oversight of the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP), Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP), and management of USAG Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) program.
LRC Divisions
Plans and Operations Division The Plans and Operations Division provides organization strategic planning and contract support, management of resources with financial planning, and program coordination of functional areas.
Supply and Service Division The Supply and Service Division provides guidance on supply procedures, property book management, hazardous material management, and retail fuel support.
Installation Transportation Office The Installation Transportation Office provides GSA fleet management, motor pool operations, dispatching, licensing and testing, and oversees freight operations in shipping and receiving.
Maintenance Division The Maintenance Division provides material maintenance support, evacuation maintenance support, services and repair, and production control.
