Michelle R. McLaughlin
Ms. Michelle McLaughlin assumed the duty as the Deputy to the Garrison Commander at Parks Reserve Forces Training Area (PRFTA) in October 2023. She supports the Garrison Commander in accomplishing the mission of overall base operations management for the garrison. She also provides administrative program direction to various directorate leads and special staff in the areas of finance, logistics, emergency services, housing, public works, community activities, family programs and personnel readiness.
Prior to this assignment, she served as the Operations Officer at Army Community Service at Fort Riley, Kansas. Ms. McLaughlin’s service as a Department of the Army and Installation Management Command (IMCOM) professional spans over 15 years. She worked at various locations such as Grafenwoehr, Germany; Fort Leavenworth, Kansas; Vicenza, Italy; Fort Riley, Kansas; and current in Dublin, California.
Ms. McLaughlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a master’s in business administration. She is a member of Delta Mu Delta, an international business honor society. She has also completed the Army Management and Staff College Advanced CES course. For the past six years, Ms. McLaughlin served as an IMCOM G-3/5/7 Full Scale Evaluator for various installations CONUS and OCONUS.
Ms. McLaughlin’s civilian awards include the Department of Army Superior Civilian Service Award, an award for Public Service, two Achievement Medals for Civilian Service, an Exceptional Meritorious Service Award, a Patriot Civilian Service Award, the Dr. Mary Walker Award, and various Commander’s Certificates of Appreciation.
