The Master Planning Division supports the garrison’s mission by providing the following activities and services:

Installation planning

  • Development, management, and implementation of the Installation Development Plan (IDP)
  • Space utilization analysis and space allocation assignments
  • Planning, development and coordination of major construction projects (MILCON)
  • Demolition program:  disposal of unnecessary, unused, unsafe or obsolete infrastructure

Real property management

  • Accountability for accurate inventory of real property
  • Maintenance of the real property database
  • Coordination of requests for leases and grants
  • Installation mapping services through application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
