Praying in Color
Total Time: 45 minutesPraying in Color is a practice that starts with drawing simple shapes and leads to a more enriching prayer life. This course will help you to see that you don’t need to be an “artist” to pray in color. It will also give you ideas for using Praying in Color concepts with people of all ages and life experiences.

You will receive a certificate of completion from the Chaplaincy Academy for Religious Education.
Activity: Choose a person or event in your life for which you would like to pray. Gather colors and a piece of paper. Place the word God in the center of your page. Surround that word with a shape and begin to color. Connect with your drawing the name of the person on your prayer list or the event for which you would like to pray. Surround that word with a shape and continue to color until your prayer is complete. Scan and send in your colored prayer for credit.
