USFK Instruction 5260.01 Off-limits Areas and Establishments Policy

The areas and establishments listed below have been declared off-limits for safety, health, or operational considerations for all personnel subject to this instruction. Area Commanders may determine additional off-limits areas in accordance with paragraph 7.b.(1) of this instruction.

  • All tattoo parlors and body piercing establishments.
  • All houses of prostitution. Defined as any building or structure where prostitution or the promotion of prostitution (engaging in any sexual activity with another person for a fee) is regularly carried on by one or more persons under the control, management, or supervision of another.
  • ROK public streets, roads, highways and facilities during the hours of any curfew should a curfew be established by USFK and/or ROK Government for any purpose to include during periods of increased security, natural disasters and/or during periods of enhanced health protection alerts or quarantine restrictions.
 

USAG Humphreys and Area III List

The following off-post establishments and areas are OFF LIMITS by order of the U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys Commander.

  • All tattoo/body piercing shops IAW USFK 190-2 (Includes, but not limited to):
    • Get Inked
    • Rey Ink Master
    • Jimmy's TATTOO
    • TaTToo Story
    • TATTOO
 
  • All houses of prostitution IAW USFK 190-2 (Includes, but not limited to):
    • Glass Houses, Thousand Won Alley in the vicinity of Pyeongtaek Station/AK Plaza
    • Hanseong Red Light District in the vicinity of Wonju Station
    • Relaxing Massage
    • Sunny's Massage
 
  • The following establishments are off-limits due to business practices
