The Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS) develops, coordinates and supervises plans, operations, training, and security matters at USASA, Fort Dix.

Installation Management Command integrates and delivers base support to enable readiness for a globally-responsive Army. We are the Army’s Home Serving the Rugged Professional. The Operations Center (OPCEN) executes command and control functions for daily and emergency operations, maintains situational awareness, and supports mobilization and demobilization. The ASA Security office provides support and guidance to Civilians, Soldiers and Federal Contractors assigned and/or mobilizing/demobilizing on/through U.S. Army Support Activity, Fort Dix. Provides security support for Devens RFTA, MA, and JB Tenant units. Certifies that all personnel pending deployment holds the appropriate security clearances in accordance with applicable deployment manning rosters, initiates investigations as appropriate according to deployment manning rosters, completes security verifications for network access requests, works with 87th SFS and JB AT Office to provide AT/FP support, and other related security programs as required.
Serves as the primary conduit for customers seeking to utilize Army mission assets located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), to include Ranges, Billeting, Training Aids, Schoolhouse and Museum historical representations. Provide the highest quality, latest technology, mission driven training for customers from all Services. Also, operates a liaison agency for JB MDL assets such as Food Service, Transportation, Public Affairs, and Environmental support.
