The Fort Dix CPAC provides comprehensive human resources services resulting in a civilian workforce that successfully supports our nation’s defense. We recruit and retain a diverse workforce of the highest quality while providing our customers with efficient merit based service in support of our warfighters.
To coordinate timely and effective Military and Civilian personnel support to Commanders at all echelons to enhance the readiness and operational capabilities of the Army Support Activity and ensure success across the full spectrum of Military Personnel operations to include Joint and Inter-Agency support.
The Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS) develops, coordinates and supervises plans, operations, training, and security matters at USASA, Fort Dix.
The Legal Office provides legal advice to the Commander, U.S. Army Support Activity, Fort Dix, and his Staff, Directors, subordinate Commanders and other personnel concerning all matters of law. The Legal Office also assists the Commander by identifying legal issues and advising the Commander and his staff in making lawful decisions. The Legal Office is also responsible for the administration of Military Justice, as well as assisting Soldiers and Family Members with issues arising from Claims, as well as limited Legal Assistance.
Provide logistical support to U.S. Army Support Activity, Fort Dix, Army Reserves and a multi-service customer base in support of mobilization, ARFORGEN readiness/training, area support, and other missions as directed.

Provide the Army Support Activity, Fort Dix with the organizational and strategic support tools to ensure superior training readiness and mission execution. Integrate the delivery of optimized services and processes throughout USASA, Fort Dix.
