This work is related to the replacement of the existing sign with a new main entrance sign. We anticipate little to no traffic disruptions during this phase.
As a safety reminder please reduce your speed around the active work area.

We will officially begin to use AESMP ticketing system from there on. Please save the following link to https://www.aesmp.army.mil/ to your favorites for ticket creation and Tracking. ITSM Remedy webpage will still be available until October 15, 2023, but will be read only. We will need to manually transfer(enter) existing tickets into the new system.|

When pouring concrete, there will be one lane open at all times, and we do estimates that there could be traffic delays for 5 minutes or so.|

The parking area in front of B666 will be closed and no parking will be allowed. Parking will be available in the rear of B665. Traffic flow issues will be minimal.
Safety is paramount please obey all speed limits within the construction. We thank you for your patience and cooperation during construction.

It is requested, where mission permits, that all partner and tenant units observe this late reporting time. All non-garrison personnel should contact their supervisor for final guidance.
As discussed, we want the tenant/partner units to observe the delay; however, the Command cannot force units to do so.
