The Directorate of Operations is the office of primary responsibility for coordination of Garrison Operations and direct support of the Installation Protection, Mission Assurance, Antiterrorism, and Emergency Management to include First Responder activities. The Directorate is composed of three Divisions - the Plans and Operations Division, the Fire Protection and Prevention Division, and the Protection Division.
The Directorate of Human Resources provides the Detroit Arsenal community with essential human resources support services to enhance the quality of life for those who work and visit DTA and the surrounding communities.
The Plans, Analysis and Integration Office (PAIO) executes strategic planning, installation management, and the integration of IMCOM-wide programs to foster continuous improvement for the Detroit Arsenal. The mission of PAIO is to ensure the Detroit Arsenal operates using best practices with operational and readiness efficacy.
The Public Affairs Office supports the Detroit Arsenal by communicating on behalf of the installation and its leadership - providing clear, accurate, timely information to internal & external audiences. We employ a variety of communication strategies- including internal news and information products, media engagement, and public outreach.
The Directorate of Public Works is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, providing staff supervision, and serving as the principal advisor to the Garrison Manager on all matters relating to engineering, maintenance and repair of real property, housing services, environmental stewardship, fixed facility energy conservation, master planning and space utilization within the garrison.

The Resource Management Office (RMO) provides overall management guidance and supervision of Garrison resources to execute the IMCOM mission. It provides an accountability/productivity system for tracking and monitoring Garrison resources for program sustainment. Daily activities are divided into two basic categories: Budget and Accounting and Manpower and Agreements.
