 Community Life NCOs

 Dispute Resolution Process

 Plain Language Brief

The Community Life NCOs (CLNCOs) are Soldier and Family advocates. They build trust and rapport with residents who reside in on-post family housing. CLNCOs accompany all service members when they first sign for their homes. When residents experience issues, the CLNCOs are available to help. When appropriate, a CLNCO will engage the Soldier’s chain of command to assist. Additionally, Soldiers who have safety and security concerns should report these to their village CLNCO. The CLNCO will work with the Directorate of Public Works Housing Division and Fort Carson Family Homes staffs, but they are a separate entity. Direct questions or concerns to your village CLNCO, listed below.
