Army Military Pay Office
Effective Wednesday, June 4, 2025, all finance offices will be unavailable for in-person customer service every Wednesday. Finance will begin opening on Thursday afternoons to accommodate for this change. Below are the updated hours starting Wednesday June 4, 2025.
Main Army Military Pay Office
1676 Evans Ave./building 1220, first floor
- Monday-Tuesday & Thursday-Friday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Wednesday: Closed
S1s and service members with the following critical pay situations only:
- Soldiers whose LES shows “no pay due”
- Direct deposit did not post to their bank account
- Allotment did not reach the intended recipient
- Garnishment payment did not reach intended recipient
- LES reflects a debt they do not understand or are doing business for (cash collection payments)
