Building 1220 will see S1s and service members with the following critical pay situations only:
- Soldiers whose LES shows “no pay due”
- Direct deposit did not post to their bank account
- Allotment did not reach the intended recipient
- Garnishment payment did not reach intended recipient
- LES reflects a debt they do not understand or are doing business for (cash collection payments)
