Resilience means coming together in tough times, leaning on each other, and finding strength in our shared commitment to excellence. While the current environment may feel overwhelming, know that your skills, dedication, and spirit are what makes us APG strong. We are actively working to address concerns and provide the support needed to navigate these changes.

Take time to reach out to colleagues, utilize the available resources below, and speak with supervisors if you have questions or need reassurance. Your well-being is our top priority, and together, we will overcome these challenges.

Remember these things:

  • Stay focused on your mission
  • Hunt for and share good in every day. This will ensure you are able to take purposeful action.
  • Focus on what you can control.  Control the controllables.
  • Avoid catastrophic thinking patterns. Keep things in perspective.
  • Breathe, exercise, eat well & sleep!

Reach out for support. Talk it out with people you trust and access the resources available to you, such as your ARMY COMMUNITY SERVICE (ACS): 410-278-7572.
