UPDATE YOUR ADPAAS
Readiness is not just about equipment and training; it is about ensuring the safety and security of our most vital asset: our people. The Army Disaster Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (ADPAAS) is our primary tool for accountability and support during natural or man-made disasters. When a crisis strikes, every second counts. Having accurate, up-to-date contact information in ADPAAS ensures that commanders can swiftly account for personnel, assess critical needs, and rapidly deliver essential services such as housing, medical care, and financial assistance. Furthermore, for our forward-deployed service members, knowing that their families are safe and accounted for back home provides invaluable peace of mind, allowing them to remain fully focused on the mission. CIF OPERATIONS UPDATE: SEAM OVERVIEW
SEAM (Soldier Equipment Asset Management) is the U.S. Army's modern digital platform designed to streamline how soldiers manage their gear, replacing the manual, paper-heavy CIF process. It acts as a centralized app for issuing, returning, and tracking individual equipment (OCIE), allowing soldiers to validate records and handle gear issues instantly. It simplifies how soldiers order, return, and swap out gear, making it a "fast and easy" process compared to previous systems. Soldiers can make appointments directly from the SEAM portal. There is no need for a Soldier to come to CIF until they have a confirmed appointment.
Statement of Charges (SOC) Process: Units must initiate SOC by populating DA Form 7923 and obtain SM/CDR signatures, then upload the DA Form 7923 into SEAM to receive a CIF document number. The CIF will update the DA Form 7923 with the document number. The SM will take the form to Finance and uploads the signed Finance copy into SEAM. The CIF will remove the item off the SM clothing record.

REDUCE YOUR PHARMACY WAIT TIME WITH Q-ANYWHERE
Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield MEDDAC offers a way to reduce wait times for new medications at the installation's pharmacies and Richmond Hill Medical Home. You reduce pharmacy wait times by using Q-Anywhere. Check-In to activate your new prescriptions by texting "GET IN LINE” to 1-833-457-2014. You will then get a text to input your DoD Identification number and pharmacy location. The pharmacy will text you, after your prescriptions are ready for pick-up. Text "I Am Here” when you arrive at the lobby. You must be in the lobby. When you arrive, do not pull a new ticket. If you do, it will remove the Q-Anywhere ticket.
