Mission

Equal Employment Opportunity's (EEO) mission is to advise commanders and management officials on any issues involving EEO, provide EEO training, and manage all stages of the complaint process. The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) promotes, supports and educate a diverse workforce to encourage a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.

EEO applies to job applicants, current employees (include appropriated and non-appropriated fund), former employees, contractors (as determined by Department of Army and contracting company), and individuals with disabilities. The program covers discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, religion, national origin, age (over40), genetic information and physical or mental disability Any employee, former employee, applicant for employment or contractor (as stated above) who wishes to file a complaint of discrimination and preserve their legal rights must contact the EEO Office within 45 calendar days of the occurrence.
