Command Sgt. Maj. Linus L. Felix, Commandant, NCOA JBLE
Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Felix was born on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands. He enlisted in the United States Army on September of 1998. CSM Felix attended Basic Training at Ft. Jackson, SC. He reported to Ft. Eustis, Virginia for Advanced Individual Training where he earned the Military Occupational Specialty of 15Y, AH-64A Armament/Electronics/Avionics Repairer for the Apache Helicopter.

CSM Felix’s military education includes the Basic Leader Course, Advanced Leader Course, Senior Leader Course, Recruiter School, Battle Staff Noncommissioned Officers Course, Air Assault School, Basic Airborne School, and United States Army Sergeants Major Academy (Class 69). He also holds a Master’s of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Excelsior College and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Old Dominion University.
CSM Felix’s awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with three oak leaf clusters, Army Commendation Medal with four oak leaf clusters, Army Achievement Medal with four oak leaf clusters. He also holds the Master Aviation Crewmember Badge, Air Assault Badge, Parachutist Badge, and the Recruiter Gold Badge.
