Reporting & Arrival

  • Reporting Location & Time: Students must arrive to the Soldier Support Center, bldg. 5700 on the second floor, room 280 no later than 0730 on your orders or ATRRS report date (not start date) in OCPs.
  • After-Hours Check-In: If you are unable to report during duty hours, report to the 1-145th staff duty desk, located at bldg. 5911 on Andrews Ave.
  • Important Note: After your installation in-processing day one briefs are complete, report to the 1-145th Aviation Regiment Student Management office (SMO) NLT 1100hrs, bldg. 5911, room 132 to in-process the SMO.

In-Processing Guide

What You Need to Bring Checklist:

  • Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Orders
  • DD Form 93
  • Federal & State Oath of Office (if applicable)
  • BOLC 1059 (if bypassing BOLC)
  • SERE Certificate (if previously completed)
  • Promotion Orders
  • Marriage Certificate (if married)
  • Cyber Awareness Training and IT User Agreement (completed within 30 days of arrival at cs.signal.army.mil)

  National Guard Guidance

  • Do not travel without official orders.
  • Confirm PCS timelines include travel days per regulation.
  • Ensure orders are longer than 30 days to access medical benefits.

Housing

·         Officers are authorized to live in on-post housing or find their own housing off-post.

·         On-post housing is managed through Corvias. For information call 334-440-8177.
