MISSION: The Operations Division (S3) directs, coordinates and synchronizes installation garrison operations, training support, protection, mobilization and demobilization, force modernization and operational planning in order to support the Soldiers, families and civilians of the U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz community.
