Command Sergeant Major Jason L. Wilson

Command Sergeant Major Jason L. Wilson joined the Army on 31 July 1995 and completed Basic Training and AIT as an 11H Anti-Tank Infantryman at Fort Benning, GA. His assignments include 1-327th Infantry Battalion, Fort Campbell Kentucky, 1-506th Infantry Battalion, Camp Greaves Korea, 6th Ranger Training Battalion, Eglin AFB Florida, 1-28 Infantry Battalion, Fort Riley Kansas, 2-3 Infantry Regiment, JBLM Washington, The Joint Readiness Training Center, Fort Polk Louisiana, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, Fort Campbell Kentucky, and The Pentagon, Washington D.C. CSM Wilson has held the positions of Driver, Anti-Tank Gunner, Squad Leader, Section Leader, Ranger Instructor, Anti-Tank Platoon Sergeant, Rifle Platoon Sergeant, Rifle Company First Sergeant, HHC First Sergeant, Battalion Operations Sergeant Major, Brigade Operations Sergeant Major (Rear), Battalion Command Sergeant Major, JRTC Task Force Command Sergeant Major, Brigade Command Sergeant Major, and the Army Senior Enlisted Advisor for the Close Combat Lethality Task Force.

CSM Wilson’s Military and Civilian education include: The Warrior Leader Course, Advanced Leader Course, Senior Leader Course, First Sergeant Course, and The United States Army Sergeants Major Academy (Class 62). He is also a graduate of the Emergency Medical Technician Basic Course, Tactics Certification Course, Basic Airborne Course, Jump Master Course, Pathfinder Course, Ranger School, Modern Army Combatives Course, and Air Assault School. His Civilian Education includes an Associate’s Degree in Administrative Management Studies from Excelsior College, and he is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree.
