The Directorate of Emergency Services provides law and order, fire and emergency services and protection operations. Its main mission is to provide a safe and secure environment for the service members, civilians and families that work, live or visit our installation.
The Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS) directs, supervises, and controls the resources assigned to the directorate. It reviews and analyzes operations and makes recommendations for improvement, formulates documents, and implements policies and procedures in order to support the Soldiers, Families and Civilians of the greater Parks Reserve Forces Training Area community. It also advises the garrison commander on matters impacting assigned responsibilities.
The Directorate of Public Works provides infrastructure, engineering resources, housing and facility management support and services incorporating sustainable development. It's DPW’s mission to ensure the long-term viability of the installation's ability to support the military commanders and base community, advancing environmental stewardship, community relations and quality of life.

The Office of the Inspector General serves as the eyes, ears, voice and conscience of the Commander. The IG determines the state of discipline, efficiency, economy, morale, training, and readiness throughout the command. It also provides assistance, on an area basis, to Commanders, Soldiers, Family Members, Civilian Employees, Retirees, Contractors and others who seek help with problems related to the U.S. Army, while maintaining confidentiality of all concerned.
Provide first-class full spectrum logistical services to support the Garrison mission and unit training readiness as the single entry point on the installation to access AMC capabilities: be the integral hub that links the national sustainment base to the war fighter.
Mission: To provide morale, welfare and recreation service, programs, activities and facilities to the Combat Support Training Center installations located throughout Northern California. To meet the needs of our military personnel, their families and authorized DoD Civilians. Serving these California installations: PRFTA, Dublin, Fort Hunter Liggett, South Monterey County, and sites of B.T. Collins Reserve Center in Sacramento, and Army housing residents of Moffett Field, Mountain View.
The NEC provides Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Information Management (C4IM) support to the garrison/installation or assigned geographic area that includes enterprise leadership for installation C4IM, and management, oversight, and delivery of required C4IM services. The NEC consists of four divisions: Business Division, Infrastructure Division, Operations Division, and Customer Support Division.
The Plans, Analysis & Integration Office (PAIO) is the Garrison Commander's staff element for strategic and management planning for the installation. PAIO provides oversight of assigned programs; conducts analytical reviews; monitors Army baseline standards; captures and enables implementation of best business practices; and identifies, tracks, and orchestrates reporting of performance measures.
The Public Affairs Office supports the garrison by communicating on behalf of the installation and its leadership - providing clear, accurate, timely information to internal & external audiences. We employ a variety of communication strategies- including internal news and information products, media engagement, and public outreach.
The Army's Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention program, known as SHARP, exists so the Army can prevent sexual harassment and sexual assaults before they occur. Our goal is to eliminate sexual assaults and sexual harassment by creating a climate that respects the dignity of every member of the Army family.
