The U.S. Army Garrison – USAG-Natick provides installation management services to support the Senior Commander's mission and the Total Army Family.

The goals of the USAG Natick are to provide a first rate quality of life for Soldiers, families and civilian workforce; provide world-class facilities, services, infrastructure and environmental stewardship; resources and services fully supporting the installation and the Total Army and provide a highly skilled, motivated, customer-focused organization supporting current and future missions.

The USAG Natick was established in 2003 with the establishment of the Installation Management Agency (IMA) and was assigned to the Northeast Region Office located at Fort Monroe, Va. In 2006, IMA became the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM). The USAG Natick continues to report to the IMCOM Northeast Region Office.

The USAG Natick continues to focus on Safety and Risk Management; the support of mission readiness; supporting the quality of life; strategic communications at all levels; strengthening business processes and taking care of Soldiers, families and civilians.

Mission: The Internal Review Office provides innovative internal audit and review services to leadership that are objective, relevant, and timely resulting in improved risk management and stewardship through best business practices. Our Vision is to be the premier source to decision-makers for professional, objective, timely, relevant information and strategies for achieving continuous organizational improvement and accountability. To be a team of highly professional evaluators who are catalysts for risk assessment and management controls. The Goal of the Unit Ministry Team is to provide religious care to all employees and family members serving the Natick Soldiers Systems Center and to server as a research and development liaison with the U.S. Army Chaplain Corps.
Resource Management Office (RMO) Within the USAG-N Directorate of Resource Management (RM) we plan, control and execute the USAG-N command's budget. Who We Are The Plans, Analysis, and Integration Office provides oversight of assigned programs: conducts analytical reviews; monitors Army baseline standards, captures and enables implementation of best business practices; identifies, tracks and orchestrates reporting of performance measures; and integrates and optimizes use of technology. This office is the garrison commander's focal point for strategy and management planning. What We Do As the focal point of the Garrison Commander's strategy and management planning, PAIO provides the methodologies for research, focus groups, surveys and data analysis. PAIO also facilitates the garrison's performance management reviews that supports leadership decisions for continuous process improvement programs and initiatives.
Mission: CHRA provides comprehensive human resources services resulting in a civilian workforce that successfully supports our nation's defense. Vision: The leader in delivering innovative HR solutions through trusted advisors and service delivery.
The Network Enterprise Center (NEC) manages information resources and Information Technology (IT) for the Garrison staff and supported tenant partners here at Natick, MA. Areas of responsibility include communication systems and systems support, computers, automation, and Information Assurance.
Mission: Direct and coordinate installation garrison operations and training support activities while providing force protection, operational planning and emergency operations functions, in order to provide a focused environment for NSSC and other mission customers.
Mission Statement DHR-Directs and coordinates programs that support the well-being and personnel development of Soldiers, Family Members, Civilian Employees, and others who comprise the installation. Programs include Military Personnel Support, Army Continuing Education System, Army Substance Abuse Program, Risk Reduction and Suicide Prevention.
The Public Affairs Office supports the installation by communicating on behalf of the installation and its leadership - providing clear, accurate, timely information to internal & external audiences. We employ a variety of communication strategies- including internal news and information products, media engagement, and public outreach.
