Power disruptions 3 and 17 JUL 02 Jul 2025 21:30 On Thursday, 3 July 0800 DPW is conducting maintenance on our electrical infrastructure which requires a potential power shutdown for at least 30 minutes. Unfortunately, if PG&E equipment is affected during this maintenance, the outage could last as long as five hours while we wait for PG&E crews to respond. The microgrid will not be turned on as it will interfere with the maintenance of the electrical infrastructure. Garrison and tenants are encouraged to execute their individual COOP plans accordingly. If needed, residents that need to power medical equipment may go to the Emergency Services building for support.
Additionally, on 17 July, PG&E will be conducting maintenance on their equipment which will cause an installation wide all-day power outage. During this time, we expect to operate the microgrid to its available capacity. FHL will experience an up to 15-minute outage then systems will be brought back online as battery and solar operations permit.
