Trial Defense Services (TDS) "Talk to us before you talk to them!"
The Trial Defense Service (TDS) 8th Circuit- South, provides conflict-free legal services to Service Members who are facing adverse criminal or administrative actions at no cost to the Service Member.
TDS offers consultations for the following
- Article 15
- Administrative Separation
- Investigation (Commander’s Inquiry, 15-6, MPI, CID)
- Administrative Separation Board
- Board of Inquiry
- Court Martial

Trial Defense Services (TDS) 8th Circuit- South services soldiers in Italy, CENTCOM, and AFRICOM and is comprised of two Field Offices (FO)s:
- The Vicenza Field Office
- Italy, Djibouti, Somalia, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Western Sahara
- The Camp Arifjan Field Office
- Kuwait, Jordan, Iraq, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Israel, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain
- Appointments for BOTH field offices can be made above
