Quality Assurance – Personal Property Operations
Mission: To ensure Transportation Service Providers and their respective representatives perform in accordance with Defense Personal Property Tender of Service and meet all regulatory requirements.
Service Provide: Is the liaison between the customer and the TSP. Provides assistance with the Claims Process.
Hours of Operation in office: 0800 – 1500, Monday – Friday. Office is closed all Federal Holidays
Location: 18010 T. J. Mills Blvd, Room A104A, Copeland Soldier Center, Fort Hood.
