Civilian Education, OCS and REFRAD Memorandums
If you are requesting a Civilian Education or OCS memo click this link: Civilian Education/OCS Memorandum Request Form. Complete the form, save it, then email it to usarmy.hood.id-wh.mbx.dhr-esd-counseling@army.mil.
If you submit a Civilian Education or OCS memo request form, you must have all your official college transcripts sent directly from the online service to the ESD org box or to your personal email address, then forwarded to the ESD org box listed above. You may also bring official transcripts to the Education Center for processing.
If you are a commissioned Officer or Warrant Officer requesting a REFRAD memo, click this link: REFRAD Memorandum Request Form. Complete the form, save it, then email it to usarmy.hood.id-wh.mbx.dhr-esd-counseling@army.mil.
You will receive an email once we receive all the documentation needed to create your memo. Your requested memo will be uploaded to your ArmyIgnitED student record within four days of receiving the email. Your memo will also be available for pick-up at the ESD front desk.

Fort Hood College Graduation Recognition Ceremony
The next annual Fort Hood Graduation Recognition Ceremony will be held in May 2027. If you have completed a degree or will be within nine semester hours of degree completion by May, you (and your family members) are invited to participate in our Graduation Recognition Ceremony!
