Environmental Compliance Officer - Basic Course
Environmental Compliance Officer (ECO) Basic Course
Location: SB 2624 DPW Training Classroom | Times: 0900–1600
UPDATE: The ECO Basic Course is now a 1-day certification course offered monthly!
Description: The ECO course covers a wide range of environmental management topics and is tailored to focus on USAG Hawaii installation requirements. One Primary and one Alternate ECO is required to be appointed and trained at all levels of command. The ECO Basic course is required to attain ECO certification and must be completed within 90-days of being appointed.

Environmental Compliance Officer - Refresher Course
Environmental Compliance Officer (ECO) Refresher Training
Location: SB 2624 DPW Training Classroom | Times: 0900–1600
Description: ECO qualified personnel must attend refresher training annually in order to maintain certification. Refresher training must occur within 1-year plus 90-days of the date on their most recent ECO training certificate.

Senior Leader Environmental Compliance Training
Senior Leader Environmental Compliance Training (SLECT) Course
Location: SB 2624 DPW Training Classroom | Times: 0900–1200
Description: Senior leaders with environmental compliance responsibilities have a mandatory attendance requirement per USAG Hawaii Policy. The SLECT course provides an overview of environmental laws, regulations, and policies.
