The EEO provides quality programs, services, training, and advice to the Fort Carson community that sustains a discrimination-free workplace. The program establishes standards and ensures compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations and advises all levels of management regarding EEO related issues.
Plans, Analysis and Integration Office
PAIO provides strategic and management planning, coordination, integration of enterprise-wide programs and activities, and facilitation of the continuous improvement of garrison programs and services. The office serves as the garrison commander's adviser and focal point for strategy execution, situational awareness and operational and management performance for the installation. The office oversees and integrates action plans across the garrison enterprise into one dynamic, robust strategic action plan.
Public Affairs Office
Public affairs fulfills the Army's obligation to keep the American people and the Army informed and helps to establish the conditions that lead to confidence in America's Army and its readiness to conduct operations in peacetime, conflict and war. Every member of the Army team contributes to effective PA. The Soldier is the most effective communicator of the Army story. The primary PA functional areas are command information, public information and community relations.
Religious Support Office
The RSO provides broad-based comprehensive religious support to the Fort Carson community ensuring the free exercise of religion in order to enhance the community’s well-being and to facilitate the moral, spiritual and ethical development of the Soldiers, Families and Department of the Army civilians of Fort Carson.
Safety Office
The safety office facilitates a safe working and living environment in support of the Fort Carson Power Projection Platform and Combat Ready Forces.
Staff Judge Advocate (Legal)
The Legal Assistance Division of the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate is committed to providing quality legal assistance services to all eligible clients, including active-duty/activated Soldiers, military retirees and Family members. While SJA cannot represent you in court, it can provide preliminary advice on a wide variety of legal issues.
