Command Sergeant Major T. Mwema Kamau
Command Sergeant Major Kamau enlisted into the Army from Birmingham, Alabama. He attended and graduated Basic Training at Fort Benning, GA, in May 2002 and later graduated from Fort Sam Houston, TX, in September 2002 with the MOS 91W, Health Care Specialist (Combat Medic).
CSM Kamau is currently assigned as the Garrison CSM, Carlisle Barracks, PA. His previous assignments are; Chief Medical (CM) NCO for United Stated Medical Depart Activity – Japan; CM NCO 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) Fort Campbell, KY; Operations Coordinator U.S. Embassy in Conakry, Guinea; Senior Practical Nurse NCO, Education Division NCOIC, and Combined Intensive Care Unit NCOIC, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany; Operations and Plans Sergeant, Operations NCOIC, Detachment Sergeant (FWD AF), Practical Nurse NCO (FWD IZ), and Platoon Sergeant with 14th Combat Support Hospital, Fort Benning GA; Support Operations NCO and Practical Nurse NCO North Atlantic Regional Medical Command/ Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington DC; Combat Medic (FWD IZ) and Health Care Specialist 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Irwin, CA.
