Some helpful information to start:
Once you open the block specific to your type of card an appointment link will be provided.
Common Access Cards may NOT be renewed more than 90 days prior to expiration.
The ID Card Appointment Scheduler is an application provided by the Defense Military Data Center (DMDC). The DMDC hosts and maintains this site. The Fort Benning ID Card Facility does not control its availability or speed.
A common prerequisite for the issuance or renewal of ANY identification card to adults 18 years or older is the requirement to provide two forms of original identification. One identity document MUST be an unexpired government issued photo ID from the list of PRIMARY identity documents. The second identity document may be from the primary list or the secondary list. The identity source documents must be in the applicant’s name and cannot be expired or cancelled.
If the two identity source documents bear different names, evidence of a formal name change must be provided. An expired Common Access Card (CAC) may be used as a secondary identity source document for re-issuance of a new CAC but it is not acceptable for initial issuance. A link is provided within each specific scenario that describes what constitutes acceptable identity source documents.
LOST OR STOLEN USID & CAC ONLY REQUIRE A POLICE OR MP REPORT
