Army's 2019 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey open through June 25

CHIÈVRES, Belgium -- The Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) is an annual government-wide survey that measures U.S. federal employees' perceptions of critical work-life areas that drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across the workforce. The survey results provide valuable insight to senior leaders on the strengths of the civilian workforce, as well as gauging areas for improvement and current challenges.

To continue to increase engagement and communication across the Army, we strongly encourage participation in the 2019 FEVS. Responses from the 2018 FEVS helped guide the Army in developing tailored programs and initiatives including:

  • Launching the updated Onboarding and Acculturation program
  • Rolling out the Army Civilian Service Recognition pins
  • Redesigning the Army Civilian medals to update the naming conventions and have more consistency with the military
