LTC Keith Ford
Lieutenant Colonel Keith Ford assumed command of Army Field Support Battalion-Stewart
June 23, 2021. He began his Army career in 1995 enlisting as a Cargo Specialist in the U.S. Army Reserve. He received his commission as a second lieutenant in Field Artillery from the Army ROTC program of South Carolina State University in December 2002.
Following completion of the Officer Basic Course, LTC Ford was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 320th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky, where he deployed as a Fire Support Officer in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom I (OIF-I). Upon redeployment, he served as Firing Battery Platoon Leader. In 2005, he transitioned into the Quartermaster Branch and was assigned to 426th Brigade Support Battalion where he deployed to OIF IV as Company Executive Officer and Battalion Logistics Officer.
Following completion of the Captain’s Career Course, LTC Ford was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group, (Airborne) Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where he served as the Battalion Logistics Officer and Service Detachment Commander from 2007-2010. During his tenure, he deployed to Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) XII and XIV where he synchronized logistics in support of numerous Special Forces operations throughout three regional commands. Subsequently, LTC Ford served as the Commander of Echo Company, 2nd battalion, 39th Infantry Regiment, from May 2010 - September 2011. Upon completion of company command, he served as the Aide-de-Camp for the Commanding General, Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Immediately following service as Aide-de-Camp, he served as the Battalion Executive Officer of 1st Battalion, 61st Infantry Regiment, 165th Infantry Brigade, U.S. Army Training Center, Fort Jackson, South Carolina.
LTC Ford later attended the Command & General Staff Officer’s Course (CGSOC) at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas from July 2013 – June 2014. Following completion of CGSOC in June 2014, he was assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division Sustainment Brigade, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where he served as the Brigade Logistics Officer and 189th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion Executive Officer from 2014-2016. LTC Ford reported to Headquarters, U.S. Army Material Command (AMC) in June 2016, where he served as Aide-de-Camp to the Deputy Commanding General, AMC. His next assignment was to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff J4 Directorate where he served as the Prepositioned War Reserve Material Branch Chief. LTC Ford most recently served as the 3rd Infantry Division, Sustainment Brigade Support Operations Officer.
LTC Ford has completed a wide range of military education to include: the Field Artillery Officer Basic Course, the Combined Logistics Captain’s Career Course, the Support Operations Course (Phases I and II), the Joint Planners Course, and the Command and General Staff Officers’ Course. LTC Ford also received the Demonstrated Master Logistician designation by the International Society of Logistics in recognition of his professional experience serving in a wide variety of logistics positions.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Claflin University and a Master of Arts degree in Procurement and Acquisition Management from Webster University.
LTC Ford’s awards and decorations include: the Bronze Star, four Meritorious Service Medals, three Army Commendation Medals, the Army Achievement Medal, the Iraqi Campaign Medal with 2 Bronze Stars, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal with 2 Bronze Stars, the NATO ISAF medal, the Combat Action Badge, the Parachutist Badge, and the Air Assault Badge.

SGM Jeremy J. White
Sergeant Major Jeremy J. White assumed responsibility of the Army Field Support Battalion-Stewart on August 25, 2021.
SGM White is a native of Saint Petersburg Florida and he enlisted in the Army on January 23, 2003, as an Automated Logistical Specialist (92A). He completed Basic Combat Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, and Advance Individual Training at Fort Lee, Virginia.
SGM White’s assignments include: Material Storage/Holding Specialist for 13th Maintenance Company, Fort Bliss, Texas; Equipment Receiving Parts Specialist, 702nd Main Support Battalion, Camp Castle, South Korea; Equipment and Parts NCO, 92nd Chemical Company, Fort Stewart, Georgia; Recruiter, Charlotte Recruiting Company, Charlotte, North Carolina; Platoon Sergeant, 412th Aviation Support Battalion, Ansbach, Germany; Operations Sergeant, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 18th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, Grafenwohr, Germany; First Sergeant for Headquarter and Headquarters Company, and Alpha Distribution Company, 277th Aviation Support Battalion, Fort Drum, New York; Quartermaster ALC/SLC Branch Chief for the Logistical Noncommissioned Officer Academy, Fort Lee, Virginia.
SGM White’s military schools and education include includes Army Recruiting School, Equal Opportunity Leader Course, SHARP Course, Warehouse Operations Management Course. He has completed all levels of the NCOES and is a graduate the Noncommissioned Officer Center of Excellence Sergeant Major Course, Class 71.
SGM White’s has an Associate of Arts degree from Ashworth College in Business Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Post University. He also has a Master’s in Business Administration from American Public University.
SGM White’s award and decorations include two Meritorious Service Medal, four Army Commendation Medals, five Army Achievement Medals, the Good Conduct Medal (6th Award), National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, the Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon (Numeral 5), the Army Service Ribbon, the Overseas Ribbon (Numeral 4), and the Recruiter badge.
He has deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
