Our mission is to provide quality transition services to Soldiers transitioning from the military for administrative separations (Voluntary, Involuntary, and Medical), Retirement and expiration term of service (ETS).  To inspire our Soldiers to be mission ready in or out of the military and to provide the highest standard of integrity in all our actions.  We also inspire to develop relationships that make a difference in our Soldiers lives as they transition from their military career.

IMPORTANT : TRANSITION BRIEFINGS:

 

Effective 1 April 2021, the Transition Center Briefing normally held at BLDG 253, at 8:45, RM 1011, will now be conducted electronically.

 

Soldiers separating; (Retirement, ETS, Chapter, Medical, etc.) will no longer be required to attend a face to face transition briefing held in building 253.

New Process:

3-4 weeks prior to the start of your leave (if applicable) or separation date, Soldiers must report to their S-1 to submit the ICP request.  You will then receive a date your papers will be emailed out. 

 

S-1s will submit the ICP request along with a copy of Soldiers’ orders, to the following email:

Note: The ICP request must include the Soldiers enterprise email address (NO personal emails will be accepted).

 

Once an ICP request is received from the S-1, the Transition Center will reply with the date the service member will receive their clearing papers, DD214 Worksheet and final out checklist.

S-1s Please DO NOT send Soldiers to Transitions for orders. Call or email the counselors for all actions.  All emails must come from an enterprise email.
