DPMAP provides a collaborative performance appraisal system that is fair, credible, and transparent.  Employees and Supervisors will work together to develop a written performance plan detailing employee's job duties and SMART performance goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely).  Goal is to build a culture of high performance through greater employee/supervisor communication and accountability, increased employee engagement, transparent processes, and improved capabilities in recruiting, developing, and rewarding our workforce.
