ARMY EMERGENCY RELIEF FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Apply Army Emergency Relief
Active Duty Soldiers
Army National Guard and Army Reserve Soldiers on continuous Active Duty (Title 10, USC) for more than 30 consecutive days.
Soldiers Retired from Active Duty for longevity or physical disability. (Must have retiree ID card.)
Army National Guard and Army Reserve Soldiers who retired and are receiving DFAS Retired Pay.
Surviving Spouse/Children of Soldiers
- Special Power of Attorney specifying the use of Army Emergency Relief.
- Valid Military Dependent ID Card.
- Substantiating documents.
