MRC is a five-day in-processing. The schedule is located under In-Processing/Information Packet link button

MRC is located at 486 Pony Soldier Avenue, Fort Stewart GA 31314. You must sign in to the MRC no later than 2359 hrs on the day your leave ends as annotated on your leave form -OR- the report date annotated on the official orders bringing you to Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield (whichever is earlier). If reporting between 0600-1700 Monday through Friday, uniform is duty uniform. If reporting after duty hours (after 1700 but before 0600) you may report in appropriate civilian attire.

Bring copies of : signed leave form, orders that bring you to Fort Stewart/Hunter AAF and any amendments to your orders, CAC, copy of any profiles (if applicable)

Single or geographical bachelors/bachelorettes will be housed in the MRC barracks. Married soldiers and families will need to make hotel reservations at any of the surrounding area hotels.

MRC personnel can pick you up from the airport. Normal shuttle times are: 1100-1300, 1800-1900, and 2300-0100. Shuttles only occur if the MRC Staff Duty-desk has been informed that there is people needing shuttle transportation. Taxi fare from the Savannah-Hilton Head Airport will cost approximately $75, which is reimbursable through completing your travel voucher with a receipt.

All initial in-processing is conducted at Fort Stewart.
