Chester (Chet) Witkowski

Chet Witkowski is the deputy to the garrison commander, U.S. Army Garrison Fort Rucker, Alabama. He is responsible for providing installation-wide services in support of 14,309 service members at Fort Rucker, Camp Shelby, Mississippi, and Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, supporting the U.S. Army Installation Management Command, Training and Doctrine Command, Forces Command, Special Operations Command, Reserve Command, National Guard Bureau and the U.S. Army Combat Readiness Center, providing quality service to 155,000 service members, civilians, family members, retirees and contractors.

Witkowski is a retired Army military police officer with 21 years of active duty experience, 11 years deployed overseas. Upon retirement from the Army, he worked with two Fortune 100 companies. Witkowski joined the federal workforce in 2004.
