Military Personnel Division (MPD)

The various agencies within the Military Personnel Division are responsible for providing installation level personnel services to military personnel within RIA, and the Quad Cities area. Armed Forces Continuing Education Services (ACES)

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, alcohol or drug misuse or other mental health challenges, RIA Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselors are available to provide free and confidential assessment, short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and follow-up services. EAP services are available to RIA civilian employees and their adult family members, military family members, and RIA civilian and military retirees. 

The RIA EAP is located in Building 56, 1st Floor, Room 104 and is open from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment, call 309-782-4357 (HELP).

Armed Forces Substance Abuse Prevention Program (ASAP)

The Armed Forces Substance Abuse Prevention program provides education & early intervention to help commanders, civilian supervisors, and the Arsenal community reduce lifestyle risk factors to increase healthy outcomes. We are committed to understanding our supported units and their missions, anticipating what is needed to sustain mission readiness, and proudly serving as a valued member of the Commander’s battle staff. Service Member for Life – Transition Assistance Program (SFL-TAP)

Service Member for Life - Transition Assistance Program's mission is to provide pre-separation counseling, transition and employment assistance services to Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve Soldiers and Airmen, Department of Army Civilians who are considering or preparing to depart the military and all work age family members of each of the above groups.
