Important update from the Garrison Commander:

CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS.  To ensure the safety of our children and world-class CYS care providers, I intend to begin an orderly closure of our CDCs.  Effective Monday, 23 March, there will only be two CDCs operational (CDCs 1 and 3).  By Wednesday, my intent is to have only one CDC available for the exclusive care of those children whose parents are deemed Mission Essential (CDC III).  Last week, the CDCs requested parents sign for a form to be filled out and validated by their organization identifying them as ME.  This evening, we are repeating this process to make absolutely sure parents are provided this opportunity.  I ask that these forms, validated by the leadership of the organization to which the patron is assigned, be returned to their CYS administrator NLT 1200 on 24 March.

SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN AND YOUTH CENTER.  Similar to the consolidation of our CDCs, we will also consolidate our School-aged Centers and Youth Center to one facility effective 23 March.  SAC 1, on Reece Road, will be our operational and fully staffed combined SAC and Youth Center.
