Mission

The Resource Management Office (RMO) Garrison develops, allocates, executes, analyzes, and reviews use of United States Army Garrison-Fort Lee resources, and serves as the principal advisor to the Garrison Commander Fort Lee on Program Budget Funding, Manpower and Equipment Management, Support Agreement Program, Contract Management Support, Government Travel Charge Card Program, Internal Control Program and accounting related matters.

What We Do & How We Do It

The Resource Management Office proudly provides a competent and motivated team leading Fort Lee to enhanced levels of service by using efficient and effective processes to optimize resources.Included in the RMO functions are:

• Direct and coordinate Budget Program, Formulation, and Execution
• Provide budget status of funds and other briefings to the Command Group
• Manage and coordinate Manpower and Equipment TDA programs
• Liaison between Fort Lee and each Banking Center on Fort Lee
• Analyze, evaluate, and implement various Army and IMCOM management improvement programs
• Provide overall Garrison management of the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) Program
• Provide Ft Lee Garrison support in Interservice and Intergovernmental Support Agreement (ISA)
• Maintain the MOA/MOU repository for Fort Lee Garrison
• Analyze and provide customer support in Contract Management to the Garrison and assist management in developing and identifying near/long range plans to meet Garrison/IMCOM service contract requirements
• Manage the Services & Infrastructure Enterprise Contract Management Program (SIECMP) for the Garrison
• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) analysis for all Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects for Cost Avoidance/Savings validation
• Provide oversight to the Garrison in support of the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) deployment
