Functions
The following functions represent the pillars of PAIO's responsibility to Garrison stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning - Facilitate short- and long-range strategic initiatives and managing the Installation Planning Board (IPB) to align with IMCOM and Senior Commander priorities
- Performance Management - Assess, monitor, and evaluate installation services performance to ensure effective service delivery
- Business Transformation - Drive organizational agility and fiscal responsibility through systematic continuous process improvement (CPI) and change management
- Decision Support - Deliver analytical reviews and recommendations to the Garrison Commander, Directorates, and Support Offices, enabling proactive leadership and informed decision-making
- Service Culture Management - Leverage data-driven insights to cultivate the IMCOM Service Culture Campaign, fostering an environment of respect and excellence across all our service providers
Specified Tasks
- Strategic Governance – Coordinate and facilitate the Installation Planning Board (IPB) to synchronize Garrison and Senior Commander priorities
- Performance Assessment & Reporting – Assess and report installation service delivery against installation strategic action plans and Army baseline standards
- Demographic Data – Maintain the Fort Lee population database that determines base operations funding
- Process Optimization – Lead and mentor Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) projects to identify operational inefficiencies and optimize resource utilization across the Garrison
- Service Quality – Oversee the ICE program, ensuring timely responses from service providers and identifying systemic issues for Command attention
