SCHOFIELD BARRACKS, Hawaii – The Schofield Barracks Exchange offers two programs for the convenience of patrons.

One, for Schofield Barracks Soldiers and families, contending with the social distancing challenges of COVID-19, leveraging their Exchange benefit is made easier with the Army & Air Force Exchange Service’s Buy Online, Pick Up in Store service.

Military shoppers can go to ShopMyExchange.com, click on what they need and select the “Pick Up in Store” option. The Schofield Main Exchange will contact shoppers when their order is ready to be picked up at the Customer Service desk.

“Buy Online, Pick Up in Store adds convenience and saves shoppers time at no extra cost,” said Hawaii Exchange, General Manager, Chris Holifield. “While some products may be subject to rationing or temporarily unavailable during the COVID-19 pandemic, the ability to order online and pick up at the store helps reduce time spent shopping to better protect the community.”

ShopMyExchange.com offers more than 2 million items and military-exclusive pricing—tax free. 100% of Exchange earnings, including those from online purchases, support Warfighters and their families through military Quality-of-Life programs and improving the customer shopping experience.

For more information, shoppers can visit www.ShopMyExchange.com/customer-service/shipping-delivery/click-to-brick.

Two, for military shoppers who need to make a return but are hesitant to visit the Schofield Main Exchange during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Army & Air Force Exchange Service is extending its return policy. All purchases made since March 16, 2020, are eligible for returns through July 1, 2020.

“While extensive preventive measures have been implemented at the Schofield Main Exchange to keep the military community safe, we understand that some shoppers may not feel comfortable going to a public place at this time,” said Exchange General Manager Chris Holifield “Extending the return window gives military shoppers peace of mind.”

The extended return policy applies only to items purchased in brick-and-mortar Exchanges. Since items ordered online can be mailed back, there is no extended return policy for online orders.
