News Release

SCHOFIELD BARRACKS, HAWAII -- Island Palm Communities (IPC) residents should have received an email on Tuesday, April 23, from CEL & Associates, a third-party strategic consulting firm hired by the Army to conduct a resident satisfaction survey for all privatized residential communities across U.S. Army installations.

When the survey is administered this year, IPC residents will be asked for their candid feedback about their experiences living with IPC from the move-in process through every stage of their residency.

“We look forward to the resident survey each year, because it gives us the opportunity to hear directly from our families about their home, their community, and their experiences with our property and maintenance services team,” said Tom Adams, director of Property Management at IPC.

“For our residents’ convenience, the survey is administered via email and only takes about five minutes to complete. In addition to rating IPC in a variety of areas, residents also will have an opportunity to share their ideas and suggestions.”

Survey results, comments and suggestions are critical in helping IPC and Army housing leadership to identify areas where the property operations team is realizing success, as well as opportunities for improvement, or areas that would benefit from a new program or service.

As an incentive for residents to respond to the survey, IPC will award up to $500 in a random drawing held each week over the four-week survey period that ends on May 23.  Residents who complete and submit their survey can “opt-in” to be entered to win one of several prizes.

Residents who did not receive an email from ARMYHousingSurvey@celassociates.com on April 23 or have questions about the survey are encouraged to contact their community center.
