SCHOFIELD BARRACKS, HAWAII - The Secretary of the Army has directed the Army Inspector General, or IG, to administer a survey concerning available Army Child Care Services as well as alternate forms of child care in order to assess Soldiers’ and families’ opinions and thoughts.

If you are a Soldier (ranks E-1 through O-6) or a dependent spouse currently eligible to receive Army Child Care Services, you may volunteer to take an anonymous nine-question survey at one of the following locations:

Fort Shafter

Bldg. 344
263 Montgomery Drive
Times: Sept. 23-25, 27 from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Sept. 26 from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
