Abandoned vehicles are a major issue here in Hawaii. Soldiers and family members are reminded that dumping your vehicle is illegal. People who abandon vehicles are titled, or charged with a crime. If you’re a Soldier, you’re titled under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, or UCMJ. Civilian employees and family members are titled by the State of Hawaii.
