Upon a Soldier's death, the U.S. Army is required to make a reasonable and good faith effort to determine if any local debts exist. Legal notices for claims of indebtedness will be posted for a minimum of three weeks.

Claim of Indebtedness. The commander of Comanche Troop, 3-4 CAV, 3ICT, 25ID, regrets to announce the death of Staff Sgt. Bryan M. Faison. First Lt. Eben Mann is appointed as summary court martial officer and will settle all claims for or against Faison's estate.
