Upon a Soldier's death, the U.S. Army is required to make a reasonable and good faith effort to determine if any local debts exist. Legal notices for claims of indebtedness will be posted for a minimum of three weeks.

Claim of Indebtedness. The commander of the 25th Infantry Division Combat Aviation Brigade regrets to announce the death of PFC Larry Hunt. First Lt. Carl Gahry has been appointed as the summary court martial officer and will settle all claims for or against Hunt's estate. Anyone owing money or having a just claim for or against Hunt's estate should contact Gahry at carl.w.gahry.mil@mail.mil.
