Understanding CPAC

Our advisors have certain organizations they are responsible for; but we service all employees. Our web site provides regulatory and other information on various topics within the subject areas above that comprise civilian personnel.

Within Benefits you will find Health and Life Insurance, Retirement, Pay, and the Thrift Savings Program (TSP).  Classification covers job descriptions, classification standards, and position related information.  Management Employee Relations has the Union Agreement, Leave and other regulations.  Staffing relates to information for recruiting and filling positions.

Priority Placement Program (PPP)

This program is intended to lessen the career interruption of spouses who relocate with their military sponsors. Since 1989, military spouses have been required to register in Program S of the Priority Placement Program (PPP) which uses automated referral procedures to exercise MSP for competitive service vacancies in the U.S. For any further questions please contact CPAC at (706) 791-3840 or download the PPP Fact Sheet.
