Stay calm and make sure you are in a safe location.
Call one of the following emergency reporting numbers:

On Post Emergency Center

  • Dial 9 - 1 - 1 from any DSN line
  • Dial 0503-364-5911 from your mobile phone
  • Dialing 9-1-1 from a mobile phone gets automatically directed to the 119 Korean Emergency Center, which will delay on post emergency response.

 

Off Post KOREAN Emergency Center

  • Dial 1 - 1 - 9 and ask for an English Translator
  • You can dial 0503-364-5911 with off post emergencies. English speaking dispatchers can help facilitate Emergency Services.

 

When reporting an Emergency, provide the dispatcher with the following information:

  • Nature of Emergency (Medical, Fire, Police Request)
  • Location of Incident (Bldg #, Bldg Name, Room #, etc.)
  • Your name and the spelling of your name
  • Best phone number to call you back, in case the responders need additional information
