EO Leaders Course

EOLC is a nine-day leadership course and is designed to prepare leaders to fulfill their role and responsibilities at the battalion or lower level as the commander's EO subject matter expert. EOLC graduates are the eyes and ears of the unit, constantly measuring the pulse of the organization by continuously assessing the climate, identifying climate detractors, assisting and/or conducting ethnic observances and reporting and assisting Soldiers and leaders with conflict resolution – solving problems at the lowest level.

EOLC Packets include:

All EOLC packets must be processed through your brigade’s servicing MEO professional.

All tenant units EOLC students send packet to usarmy.carson.4-id.mbx.4id-eo1@army.mil.
