IMCOM command sergeant major visits Carson

FORT CARSON, Colo. — Command Sgt. Maj. Corey J. Perry, right, U.S. Army Installation Management Command, and Fort Carson Garrison Command Sgt. Maj. Travis A. Manuel receive a brief on the success of the Carson Connector from Mike Simler, Intergovernmental Support Agreement transportation manager for the City of Fountain. Since the launch in June 2026, the Carson Connector has provided over 61,000 rides to Fort Carson Soldiers and their Families. During his visit to Fort Carson, Perry also did a walk-through of The Stack House Bistro and the Warfighter Campus-Style Dining Venue construction; received a barracks and housing way ahead plan; and visited the Fort Carson railyard.
