NORMANDY, France — Maj. Gen. Patrick Ellis, commanding general of the 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson, and other leaders deliver wreaths to a memorial during the Utah Beach ceremony, Normandy, June 6, 2026. The ceremony served as a tribute to the courage, sacrifice and enduring legacy of the Soldiers who fought across Normandy and reinforced the commitment of U.S. forces to allied partnerships and collective defense.
