FORT CARSON, Colo. — Col. Erik C. Oksenvaag, commander of U.S. Army Garrison Fort Carson, passes the flag colors to Command Sgt. Maj. Travis A. Manuel during the Fort Carson Change of Responsibility ceremony June 27, 2025 at Founders’ Field. The outgoing command sergeant major, (Ret.) Command Sgt. Maj. Jason R. Mortensen relinquished responsibility signifying a change in leadership.
