FORT CARSON, Colo. — Soldiers assigned to the newly redesignated 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, began receiving Stryker vehicles at Fort Carson Sept. 2, 2026, marking a key milestone in the brigade’s transition to a Stryker formation. From tracks to wheels, the "Iron" Brigade continues its legacy of readiness, adapting its formation to meet the Army’s evolving requirements. The vehicles will support hands-on training, platform familiarization and leader development as Soldiers and leaders build a mobile and ready force.
